On May 9, 2025, Peng Shengdong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Pengshan District Party Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department of Meishan City, led a delegation to visit Chengdu Riebo Technology Co., Ltd. for a focused discussion on the development of low-altitude economy-related industries. The delegation was received by Riebo’s General Manager, Mr. Yang Run, who delivered a detailed presentation. The visit aimed to strengthen government-enterprise communication and promote the integration of local industries with cutting-edge technologies in the low-altitude economic sector.
The visiting group included representatives from the Pengshan District Tertiary Industry Development Center, the District Bureau of Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs, Sichuan Xingpeng Leading Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Meishan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and other organizations.
During their visit to Riebo Technology, the delegation toured the company’s aerial surveying product showroom and learned about its R&D achievements and application cases in industrial-grade drone camera systems.
Mr. Yang introduced Riebo Technology as a leading domestic manufacturer of aerial cameras, holding over 70% of the market share in photogrammetry-grade aerial imaging equipment. Riebo’s products have been used for multiple years in China’s Antarctic expeditions. In 2022, the company launched China’s first domestically produced medium-format aerial camera, breaking foreign technology monopolies.
Following the tour, both sides held in-depth discussions on application scenarios such as “Low-Altitude Economy + Aerial Digital Twins + Infrastructure Inspection.” Riebo shared its solutions for infrastructure inspection, geospatial data collection, and emergency response, showcasing the latest practices in integrating digital twins with spatial intelligence.
Mr. Peng praised Riebo for its achievements in technological innovation and practical applications, emphasizing that the low-altitude economy is a vital driver of local economic transformation. He expressed the district’s continued interest in industry trends and looked forward to deeper cooperation with innovative enterprises like Riebo in areas such as industrial collaboration and technology implementation.
This visit served as a valuable platform for dialogue between local government, industry leaders, and partners, further advancing the collaborative development of the low-altitude economy ecosystem. Riebo Technology will continue to leverage its technological strengths in aerial surveying to explore more low-altitude applications and support the industry's intelligent transformation.
The visit concluded with a group photo of the delegation and Riebo’s team, marking a successful and fruitful exchange.
