1. How is the inspection service billed?
A linear meter refers to the bridge length along the route direction and is the basic unit for inspection billing. Routine expressway simply supported girder bridge inspection is about 30 RMB/linear meter; special structures such as split-deck, cable-stayed and suspension bridges are quoted separately by operational difficulty, with appropriate increases for wider decks or obvious left/right span differences.
2. How is 3D modeling charged?
3D modeling fees are tiered by level of detail and modeling scope: bridge body only without girder soffit is about 1000–2000 RMB/km; full-element fine modeling including girder soffit, bearings, columns and more is about 5000–6000 RMB/km. Both are one-time investments, permanently reusable after completion, with no additional future cost.
3. Cloud and on-premise deployment costs
| Deployment mode | Investment | Applicable to |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud (Alibaba Cloud) | Basic fee included in service charge | Mainly highway customers |
| On-premise | From about 1-2 million RMB | Data-sensitive customers |
4. Factors affecting the quotation
- Bridge structure and width, whether split-deck
- Inspection scope (whether girder soffit, bearings and other areas are included)
- Data volume and inspection frequency
- Deployment mode (cloud / on-premise)
5. How to obtain a formal quotation
Provide bridge baseline data (length, structure type, inspection scope); the business side issues a formal quotation after on-site survey. This does not constitute a quotation commitment.
